What is the process if I would like to modify the design?
If modifications to your design are requested during the consultation or design phase, we will collaborate with you to ensure the final design aligns with your vision. However, if modification requests are made after the glass panels and aluminum extrusions have been fabricated, any associated costs for the wasted materials will be the responsibility of the client.
What payment options do we offer?
We offer a variety of payment options to accommodate your preferences. These include debit cards, credit cards, cheques, e-transfers, and wire transfers (ETF). Our goal is to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients during the payment process.
What is your warranty policy?
Our warranty policy ensures quality and reliability for our clients. We offer a 1-year labor warranty, with the option to extend, and a 3-year hardware warranty provided by the manufacturer.
We are committed to delivering the highest standards of quality; however, we understand that unexpected damages may occasionally occur. Any damage to the glass or hardware will be fully covered until the final payment is received. After the final payment, any damage to the glass or hardware will be considered client-inflicted unless it can be logically proven otherwise.
