What is the maximum opening width for the Laguna?

The Laguna can accommodate openings up to 8 meters wide with multiple panels. For wider openings, we can design bi-parting configurations with parking bays on both sides.

How much space does the parking bay need?

The parking bay requires approximately 300mm of depth per panel plus 400mm for the curved transition section. A typical 4 panel system needs about 1.6 meters of parking bay length along the wall.

Can the Laguna be used outdoors?

The standard Laguna system is designed for interior use. However we can specify marine grade stainless steel hardware and weather sealed tracks for covered outdoor applications like restaurant patios.

What glass types are available?

The Laguna supports clear, frosted, acid etched, ultra clear (Starphire), grey tinted, and laminated glass. Smart glass (PDLC) is also available for switchable privacy applications.

Is the system noisy when operating?

No. The heavy duty roller carriages and soft close dampeners make the Laguna extremly quiet. Even in a silent office enviornment, panel movement is barely audible.

What warranty is included?

Every Laguna installation from Mirakasa includes a 1 year warranty covering all components — track system, rollers, glass panels, seals, and installation workmanship.

The Laguna system uses CRL heavy duty roller carriages, curved track sections, and precision engineered guide hardware. All glass panels are custom fabricated at our GTA facility using tempered or laminated safety glass that meets CAN/CGSB-12.1 standards.
